A board-carrying support device includes a supporting frame and a bearing board having a bearing surface. The bearing board is pivotally mounted to the supporting frame to allow adjusting an inclination angle of the bearing surface based on the pivoting of the bearing board with respect to the supporting frame, so that the inclination angle of the bearing surface can adapt to the visual angle of the jigsaw puzzle player, which helps the jigsaw puzzle player to comprehensively focus on the puzzle pieces located at various parts of the bearing surface and to conveniently touch and pick up the puzzle pieces located at various parts of the bearing surface in the game process, so that the game experience of the puzzle game is improved, and the attraction of the puzzle game to the player is improved.

BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION Field of Invention

The present invention relates to the technical field of jigsaw puzzle accessories, and more particularly to a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof.

Description of Related Arts

Jigsaw puzzle, as a game or teaching tool, has been quite popular since it was invented. It is not only due to the low cost of manufacturing jigsaw puzzle, but also because of the diverse puzzle patterns, various numbers of the puzzle pieces, and other adjustable variables of the jigsaw puzzle games, giving people more playability. In addition, as the living standard continuously increases and the society develops day by day, the jigsaw puzzle is utilized as a hobby, besides of a puzzle game or a preschool education tool. Because there are many jigsaw puzzle lovers, jigsaw puzzles with more patterns, various difficulties are present on the market, including double-sided puzzles, three-dimensional puzzles, and etc.

Currently, jigsaw puzzles are mostly made of cardboards, and the pattern of the jigsaw is the pattern drawn on the surface of the cardboard before cutting. The painted cardboard is stamped by special machine tool to complete the manufacturing. As a result, the puzzle pieces without external adhesive are difficult to be connected with each other tightly. Therefore, during the process of a jigsaw game, the player usually prepares a support panel or a special table for placing the puzzle pieces. However, in the process of a jigsaw puzzle game, it is very likely that the puzzle piece picked every time is not the puzzle piece adjacent to the previously picked puzzle piece in terms of the pattern of the puzzle. Therefore, the player has to drop several puzzle pieces on the desktop, usually rendering puzzle pieces placed on the corners of the desktop away from the player, and due to the flatness of the desktop, the view angle of the player is difficult to focus on the puzzle pieces located at the corner of the desktop in real time. Consequently, the player cannot comprehensively consider the pattern of the puzzle in an overall manner in the game process, which decreases the playability of the game. Meanwhile, when some puzzle pieces are placed on the corner of the desktop far away from the player, it is difficult for the player to reach and pick up the corresponding puzzle pieces, which will also significantly affect the game experience of the player.

SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the board-carrying support device has a bearing surface configured for adjusting an inclination angle thereof, so as to form a bearing surface facing the jigsaw puzzle player, such that when the corresponding puzzle pieces are placed on the bearing surface, the viewing angle of the player can stay focused on the puzzle pieces located at each part of the bearing surface.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the board-carrying support device has a bearing surface capable of adjusting an inclination angle thereof, so as to form a bearing surface facing the jigsaw puzzle player, thereby facilitating the player to reach and pick up the puzzle pieces located at various parts of the bearing surface, so as to enhance the game experience for the player.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the board-carrying support device has a bearing surface which is capable of adjusting an inclination angle thereof, such that the bearing surface can be adjusted at an angle suitable for the viewing angle of the player, so that during a jigsaw puzzle game process, the player can consider the overall arrangement of the puzzle pattern, so as to improve the playability of the jigsaw puzzle game.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the board-carrying support device comprises a supporting frame and a bearing board, wherein a plane where the supporting frame is located is defined as a reference plane, wherein the bearing board has at least one pivot designed in form of a shaft hole or a shaft arm, wherein the bearing board is affixed to an inner side of the supporting frame with the at least one pivot, so as to be able to pivot on one side of the reference plane, so as to adjust an inclination angle of the bearing board based on the pivoting of the bearing board, and give a good jigsaw puzzle game experience to the player and improve the playability of the jigsaw puzzle game.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein one side of the bearing board facing the reference plane is defined as the back side, while the other side is defined as the bearing surface, wherein an included angle between the back side and the reference plane is less than 90°, so that the inclined angle of the bearing surface allows the bearing surface to be suitable for bearing corresponding puzzle pieces, and to give a good jigsaw puzzle game experience to the player, which improves the playability of the jigsaw puzzle game.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the bearing board is arranged in a quadrilateral shape such as rectangular or square shape so as to accommodate the overall placement of the jigsaw puzzle pieces, and to meet the placement and layout habits of the player on the puzzle pieces in the puzzle game process, so as to give a good jigsaw puzzle game experience for the player.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the pivot of the bearing board is located at one side of the bearing board, so as to facilitate the bearing board to pivot and to adapt to the user’s cognition and usage of operating the pivoting of the bearing board, so as to facilitate the operation and use of the board-carrying support device by a user.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the board-carrying support device comprises a storage container, wherein the storage container is suitable for being arranged at one or more positions on the supporting frame, so as to provide storage space(s) for the user(s).

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein one or more articles, such as puzzle pieces, a drawing, a tool, and etc., can be placed on the storage container of the board-carrying support device to enable a storage for the articles, which facilitates the user to conveniently acquire corresponding articles in time, especially when playing the puzzle game, so that the player can conveniently place the puzzle pieces and acquire the puzzle pieces in time, thereby forming a neat and ordered game environment.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the storage container is detachably disposed on the supporting frame, thereby improving the flexibility of the use thereof.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the storage container is arranged in the supporting frame in a conceal manner, which means that the arrangement of the storage container does not affect the appearance of the board-carrying support device, and in particular, does not increase the occupied area of the board-carrying support device, so as to ensure the aesthetics of the board-carrying support device while increasing the storage function of the board-carrying support device.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the bearing surface is covered by a flannelette to increase the static friction between the bearing surface and the puzzle pieces placed thereon, so as to prevent the corresponding puzzle pieces from being scattered due to external force factors, such as wind blowing and etc., so as to give a good puzzle game experience of the player.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the supporting frame comprises a bottom panel, wherein the bottom panel is affixed to the supporting frame in a manner that the plate surface thereof is parallel to the reference plane, so as to create a limit for the pivoting of the bearing board, thereby improving the structural stability of the board-carrying support device.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the board-carrying support device comprises a handle wherein the handle is affixed to an outer side of the supporting frame, so as to enhance the user friendliness of the board-carrying support device.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the board-carrying support device comprises a leg frame, wherein the leg frame is foldably connected with the supporting frame, wherein the leg frame is allowed to be foldably rotated around the supporting frame, so as to maintain balance of the board-carrying support device, thereby facilitating the package and storage of the board-carrying support device and improving the practicability of the board-carrying support device.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the leg frame has a maximum expanded angle, wherein the maximum expanded angle refers to a maximum angle between the leg frame and the reference plane, wherein the maximum expanded angle is greater than or equal to 90 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees, so that the balance of the board-carrying support device can be guaranteed to the maximum extent, and the structural stability of the board-carrying support device can be ensured.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the bearing board can be pivoted on a side of the reference plane through the pivot thereof, so that the bearing board can be pivoted to be accommodated within the supporting frame, so that the size of the board-carrying support device can be small, thereby facilitating the packaging and storing of the board-carrying support device, as well as facilitating the transporting and carrying of the board-carrying support device.

An object of the present invention is to provide a board-carrying support device and manufacturing method thereof, wherein the board-carrying support device can be folded to become a manner having only one panel surface size, which only occupies a very small area and can be received and stored flexibly, thereby facilitating the user to carry and transport it conveniently.

According to an aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a board-carrying support device, wherein the board-carrying support device comprises:

  • a supporting frame, wherein the plane where the supporting frame is located is defined as a reference plane; and
  • a bearing board, wherein the bearing board has at least a pivot provided in a form of a shaft hole or a shaft arm, wherein the bearing board is affixed on the inner side of the supporting frame through the pivot thereof in a pivotable manner to a side of the reference plane, wherein a side, facing the reference plane, of the bearing board is defined as a back side, wherein the included angle between the back side and the reference plane is less than 90 degrees.

According to one embodiment, the bearing board is provided in a quadrilateral form, such as rectangular or square form.

According to one embodiment, the pivot of the bearing board is located at one side of the bearing board.

According to one embodiment, an opposite surface corresponding to the back side is defined as a bearing surface of the bearing board, wherein the bearing surface comprises a flannelette covered thereon.

According to one embodiment, the board-carrying support device comprises at least a storage container, wherein the storage container is arranged to be received in the supporting frame so as to provide a storage space.

According to one embodiment, the supporting frame has an accommodation opening corresponding to the quantity of the storage container, wherein the storage container is detachably accommodated in the support frame through the opening.

According to one embodiment, the storage container has a bottom, an enclosure, and a panel, wherein the enclosure and the panel are extended from the bottom in a direction away from the bottom so as to form the storage space with the bottom.

According to one embodiment, the panel and the supporting frame are provided with mutually buckling retaining mechanism.

According to one embodiment, the supporting frame comprises a bottom panel, wherein the bottom panel is affixed on the supporting frame in a manner of the reference plane parallel to the board surface thereof.

According to one embodiment, the bearing board comprises a spacing frame, wherein an end of the spacing frame is connected with the back side, so that the other end of the spacing frame is abutted against the bottom panel, wherein the spacing frame is foldably rotatable around the bearing board.

According to one embodiment, the bottom panel comprises at least a fixed angle platform, wherein the other end of the spacing frame is abutted against the fixed angle platform, so that the angle between the back side of the bearing board and the reference plane is fixed.

According to one embodiment, the board-carrying support device comprises a leg frame, wherein the leg frame is foldably connected with the supporting frame.

According to one embodiment, the leg frame has a maximum expanded angle, wherein the maximum expanded angle is greater than or equal to 90° and less than or equal to 180°.

According to one embodiment, the board-carrying support device comprises a handle, wherein the handle is affixed to an outer side of the supporting frame.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention also provides a manufacturing method of board-carrying support device, wherein the manufacturing method of board-carrying support device comprises steps of:

  • (a) forming a supporting frame through affixing at least two frame bars on the same plane;
  • (b) arranging a pivot in a form of a shaft hole or a shaft arm on a bearing board; and
  • (c) pivotally mounting the bearing board to the inner side of the supporting frame by means of a pivot thereof, so that the bearing board is pivotable to the side of the plane where the supporting frame is located.

Still further objects and advantages will become apparent from a consideration of the ensuing description and drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

The following description is disclosed to enable any person skilled in the art to make and use the present invention. Preferred embodiments are provided in the following description only as examples and modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art. The general principles defined in the following description would be applied to other embodiments, alternatives, modifications, equivalents, and applications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

Those skilled in the art should understand that, in the disclosure of the present invention, terminologies of “longitudinal,” “lateral,” “upper,” “front,” “back,” “left,” “right,” “perpendicular,” “horizontal,” “top,” “bottom,” “inner,” “outer,” and etc. just indicate relations of direction or position are based on the relations of direction or position shown in the appended drawings, which is only to facilitate descriptions of the present invention and to simplify the descriptions, rather than to indicate or imply that the referred device or element must apply specific direction or to be operated or configured in specific direction. Therefore, the above-mentioned terminologies shall not be interpreted as confine to the present invention.

It is understandable that the term “a” should be understood as “at least one” or “one or more”. In other words, in one embodiment, the number of an element can be one and in other embodiment the number of the element can be greater than one. The term “a” is not construed as a limitation of quantity.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms “mounted,” “connected,” and “linked” should be understood in a general manner, which could be, for example, affixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected. Unless expressly specified and defined otherwise, it may also be a mechanical connection, an electrical connection or may be in communication with each other; it may be directly connected or indirectly connected by means of an intermediate medium, and may be an interaction relationship between two or more elements inside the two elements. For a person of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention may be understood according to specific situations.

Referring to FIGS. 1-4 of the present invention, a board-carrying support device 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, wherein the board-carrying support device 10 has a bearing surface 121 configured to be capable of adjusting an inclination angle thereof, so as to allow the bearing surface facing the jigsaw puzzle player, such that when corresponding puzzle pieces are placed on the bearing surface, the viewing angle of the player can stay focused on the puzzle pieces located at each part of the bearing surface 121, which also facilitates the player to touch and pick up the puzzle pieces located at various parts of the bearing surface 121, so as to give the player a great jigsaw puzzle game experience. Specifically, the board-carrying support device 10 comprises a supporting frame 11 and a bearing board 12, wherein the bearing board 12 which has the bearing surface 121 bearing board 12 is pivotally affixed to the supporting frame 11 to allow adjusting of the inclination angle of the bearing surface 121 based on the pivoting of the bearing board 12 with respect to the supporting frame 11, so that inclination angle of the bearing surface 121 can adapt to a visual angle of the jigsaw puzzle player, which helps the jigsaw puzzle player to comprehensively focus on the puzzle pieces located at various portions of the bearing surface 121 and to conveniently touch and pick up the puzzle pieces located at various portions of the bearing surface 121 during the game process, so that the game experience of the puzzle game is improved and the attraction of the puzzle game to the player is improved.

Specifically, the horizontal plane where the supporting frame 11 is located is defined as a reference plane, wherein the bearing board 12 is provided with at least one pivot 123 configured as a shaft hole or a shaft arm. The bearing board 12 is affixed to an inner side of the supporting frame 11 through the pivot 123 thereof, such that the bearing board 12 is pivotally rotatable at one side of the reference plane, while one side of the bearing board 12 facing the reference plane is defined as a back side 122, and the other side of the bearing board 12 is the bearing surface 121, wherein an included angle A between the back side 122 and the reference plane is less than 90°, correspondingly providing an inclination angle of the bearing surface 121 that allows the bearing surface 121 being adapted to carry corresponding puzzle pieces and to be suitable for the viewing angle of the player, so that a good jigsaw puzzle game experience of the player and the playability of the jigsaw puzzle game can be given in the game process. Preferably, the included angle A is set to be greater than or equal to 10° and less than or equal to 60°, so as to adapt to the viewing angle of the player and ensure the bearing stability of the bearing surface 121 for the corresponding puzzle pieces.

It is worth mentioning that, according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the supporting frame 11 is an enclosed type frame, so as to ensure a structural stability of the supporting frame 11. It is understandable that, according to some other embodiments of the present invention, the supporting frame 11 is not limited to the enclosed type frame. That is, the supporting frame 11 may also be implemented as an open type frame, such as a structure formed by two frame bars in the same plane, as long as the supporting frame 11 is capable of defining a plane.

In particular, the specific structure of the bearing board 12 can be varied under the structural limitations that “the bearing board 12 has at least one pivot 123 designed in the form of a shaft hole or a shaft arm,” “the bearing board 12 is affixed on the inner side of the supporting frame 11 through the pivot 123 thereof,” and “the bearing board 12 pivots on one side of the reference plane”. For example, the bearing board 12 may be designed in a circular form, the bearing board 12 may be designed in an polygonal shape, the bearing board 12 may be designed in an irregular form, or etc., so that the bearing board 12 can be flexibly adapted to puzzles of different forms. For example, the bearing board 12 arranged in a circular form can better fit a jigsaw puzzle which overall pattern is in a circular form.

Preferably, in the present preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bearing board 12 is designed in a quadrilateral shape such as rectangular or square shape so as to accommodate a jigsaw puzzle, and to meet the usage of the player in placing and laying out the puzzle pieces during the jigsaw game. In particular, the bearing board 12 designed in a quadrilateral form such as rectangular or square form can be adapted to jigsaw puzzles of various forms, for example, but not limited to, jigsaw puzzles in a square form, a circle form, a polygon form, and other forms, so as to be preferably suitable for various types of jigsaw puzzle and reduce the producing, designing, and purchasing costs of the board-carrying support device 10, helping the popularization and application of the board-carrying support device 10. Meanwhile, the bearing board 12 arranged in the rectangular or square form is convenient to be pivoted, thereby facilitating the operation of the board-carrying support device 10 and giving a good user experience to the user.

It is worth mentioning that the pivot 123 may be integrally designed with the bearing board 12 and may also be connected with the bearing board 12 through a corresponding connecting structure. For example, the bearing board 12 may have a connecting arm extended from an edge thereof away from the bearing board 12, and the pivot 123 may be a shaft arm extended from one end of the connecting arm away from the bearing board 12 in a direction perpendicular to the connecting arm.

Preferably, referring to FIG. 3, according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pivot 123 is embodied as a shaft arm extended from one side of the bearing board 12, thereby facilitating the pivoting of the bearing board 12 and adapting to the user’s operation and usage of pivoting the bearing board 12. Besides, the pivot 123 is integrally extended from the bearing board 12, thereby facilitating to increase the structural compactness of the board-carrying support device 10, which also facilitates the user to operate and utilize the board-carrying support device 10.

Further, corresponding to the pivots 123 embodied as shaft arms, mounting elements 113 provided in the supporting frame 11 are embodied as mounting holes with respect to the pivots 123, such that the bearing board 12 is pivotally mounted to the supporting frame 11 by pivotally inserting the pivots 123 into the mounting holes 113 respectively. In particular, it is understandable that, when the pivots 123 are embodied as shaft holes formed in a corresponding side of the bearing board 12, the mounting elements 113 are correspondingly embodied as mounting shafts so as to allow the bearing board 12 to be pivotally affixed to the supporting frame 11 by pivotally inserting the mounting shafts (mounting elements) 113 into the shaft holes (pivots) 123 respectively.

Particularly, the bearing surface 121 is preferably covered by a flannelette 1211, so that the static friction provided for the jigsaw block placed on the bearing surface 121 can be enhanced, which allows the puzzle pieces on the bearing surface 121 to be stably placed and prevents the corresponding puzzle pieces from being scattered due to external force factors such as wind blowing and etc.. Especially, it prevents the user’s game progress and emotion from being impacted due to factors such as wind blowing that scatters the puzzle pieces in the half of the game, so that the player can play the puzzle game in a more comfortable and convenient state, which gives the player a good jigsaw puzzle game experience.

Further, the board-carrying support device 10 comprises a storage container 13, wherein the storage container 13 is configured for being arranged at one or more positions in the supporting frame 11, so as to provide a storage space 134 for the user that, specifically, allows the user to place articles, such as puzzle pieces, drawings, tools, and etc., in the storage container 13 of the board-carrying support device 10 to enable a storage for these articles, which facilitates the user to conveniently acquire corresponding articles thing time, especially when playing the puzzle game, so that the player can conveniently place the puzzle pieces and acquire the puzzle pieces in time, thereby forming a neat and ordered game environment.

It is worth mentioning that the storage container 13 may be a clamshell container, drawer container, dismountable container, or etc. Preferably, according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure the compact structure of the board-carrying support device 10, the storage container 13 is embodied as a drawer, wherein the storage container 13 can be received in the supporting frame 11 in a conceal manner, so that the arrangement of the storage container 13 does not affect the appearance of the board-carrying support device 10 and, in particular, does not increase the occupied area of the board-carrying support device 10, so as to ensure the aesthetics of the board-carrying support device 10 while increasing the storage function of the board-carrying support device 10.

In particular, the supporting frame 11 has one or more accommodation openings 111 corresponding to the quantity of the storage containers 13, wherein the storage container 13 is detachably accommodated in the supporting frame 11 through the accommodating opening 111. Specifically, the storage container 13 is arranged in the supporting frame 11 in a push-pull manner, which means that the storage container 13 is capable of being open and close through pulling and pushing, so that the storage container 13 is arranged in the supporting frame 11 in a conceal manner, thereby ensuring the structural compactness of the board-carrying support device 10.

In detail, the storage container 13 has a bottom 131, an enclosure 132 and a panel 133, wherein the enclosure 132 and the panel 133 are extended from the bottom 131 in a direction away from the bottom 131, so as to along with the bottom 131 form the storage space 134 to enable the storage container 13 to store articles, wherein the panel 133 of the storage container 13 is able to cover the accommodating opening 111 when the storage container 13 is pushed into the supporting frame 11 through the accommodating opening 111 of the supporting frame 11, so as to ensure the aesthetics of the board-carrying support device 10. The panel 133 and the supporting frame 11 are provided with a retaining mechanism 135 capable of mutually buckling each other, so that the storage container 13 is prevented from being accidentally opened based on the mutual buckling of the retaining mechanism 135. For example, the storage container 13 can be prevented from being separated from the supporting frame 11 during the transporting of the board-carrying support device 10. Besides, the user may utilize the handle of the retaining mechanism 135 to pull out the storage container 13, thereby facilitating the user to access the storage space 134.

In particular, the supporting frame 11 comprises a bottom panel 112, wherein the bottom panel 112 is affixed to the supporting frame 11 in a manner parallel to the reference plane, so as to limit the pivoting of the bearing board 12 and improve the structural stability of the board-carrying support device 10, which also creates an accommodation space between the bottom panel 112 and the bearing board 12 that further improves the storage capacity of the board-carrying support device 10, especially for accommodating objects like finished jigsaw puzzle that further improves the practicability of the board-carrying support device 10.

Further, during the process of playing a jigsaw puzzle game, the player expects to have a stable inclined surface. Specifically, the bearing board 12 comprises a spacing frame 124, an end of the spacing frame 124 is connected with the back side 122, and the spacing frame 124 can be foldably rotated around the bearing board 12, wherein the other end of the spacing frame 124 can be abutted against the bottom panel 112 to maintain the inclination angle of the bearing board 12.

Preferably, in order to ensure the stability of the other end of the spacing frame 124 abutting against the bottom panel 112, according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom panel 112 comprises at least a fixed angle platform 1121, wherein the other end of the spacing frame 124 is in a state of being abutted against the fixed angle platform 1121, and the angle of the back side 122 of the bearing board 12 and the reference plane is fixed, which means that the inclination angle of the bearing surface 121 of the bearing board 12 is maintained, so as to provide an angle stable bearing surface 121 for the player, which gives the player a good gaming experience.

In particular, the present invention may also have a plurality of modes to ensure the stability of the inclination angle of the bearing board 12. For example, but not limited to, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the bearing board 12 and the supporting frame 11 both have fastening devices capable of fastening with each other, so as to maintain the structural state between the bearing board 12 and the supporting frame 11 based on the corresponding fastening devices. According to some other embodiments of the present invention, there are corresponding damping materials provided on the contact surface between the pivot 123 and the mounting hole 113, so that a corresponding damping can be generated between the pivot 123 and the mounting hole 113, so as to hold the structural state between the bearing board 12 and the supporting frame 11.

It is worth mentioning that when the bearing board 12 is pivoted to move to an inclined state with a certain inclination angle, a frame edge of the supporting frame 11 is located below the bearing surface 121 to provide a stop for the corresponding puzzle pieces placed on the bearing surface 121 from sliding and falling off the board-carrying support device 10. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the bearing board 12 is provided with a fence wall extended from a side of the bearing surface 121 on an edge of the bearing board 12. Namely, the fence wall protrudes from an edge of the bearing board 12 from the bearing surface 121, so as to form a blocking for corresponding puzzle pieces.

In particular, according to this embodiment of the present invention, the bottom panel 112 is designed in the manner to close the supporting frame 11. In other words, the area of the bottom panel 112 is equal to the frame surface of the supporting frame 11 and the supporting frame 11 is therefore closed so as to ensure the sealing of the accommodation space.

Further, the board-carrying support device 10 comprises a leg frame 14, wherein the leg frame 14 is foldably connected with the supporting frame 11, which, specifically, allows the leg frame 14 to be pivotally rotated and folded on the other side of the reference plane around the supporting frame 11, so as to maintain a balance of the board-carrying support device 10. Particularly, during a puzzle game, based on the expanded and unfolded leg frame 14, the board-carrying support device 10 can be placed in a balanced manner, thereby providing a stable support for the corresponding jigsaw puzzle pieces. Meanwhile, the leg frame 13 is also allowed to be collapsed so as to facilitate the storage of the board-carrying support device 10, which enhances the practicability of the board-carrying support device 10.

Preferably, the leg frame 14 is provided with a maximum expanded angle B, wherein the maximum expanded angle B refers to a maximum angle between each of the legs of the leg frame 14 and the reference plane, wherein the maximum expanded angle B is preferably greater than or equal to 90 degrees and less than or equal to 180 degrees, so that the support of the supporting frame 11 can be guaranteed to the maximum extent, so that the board-carrying support device 10 can be placed in a balanced manner, preventing any imbalance of the board-carrying support device 10 rendering a puzzle piece to fall impacting the emotion of the player, so as to provide the player a great jigsaw puzzle game experience.

It is worth mentioning that the bearing board 12 can be pivoted on a side of the reference plane through the pivot 121 thereof, so that the bearing board 12 can be pivoted to be accommodated within the supporting frame 11, which means a collapsed state that the bearing board 12 and the bottom panel 112 are parallel to each other, so that the size of the board-carrying support device 10 can be small, thereby facilitating the packaging and storing of the board-carrying support device 10, as well as facilitating the transporting and carrying of the board-carrying support device 10.

Particularly, the back side 122 of the bearing board 12 and the bottom panel 112 both have a hook-and-loop fastener arranged thereon, so as to ensure the structural stability of the bearing board 12 when the bearing board 12 is accommodated in the supporting frame 11 based on the coupling of the hook-and-loop fastener, so as to avoid the bearing board 12 from pivoting when the board-carrying support device 10 is carried and transported. It is worth mentioning that, according to some embodiments, the bearing board 12 has a handle to enable the user to easily separate the bearing board 12 and the bottom panel 112 through the handle when the bearing board 12 and the bottom panel 112 are attached by the hook-and-loop fastener.

It is worth mentioning that, based on the mechanisms that the bearing board 12 is capable of being pivoted for being accommodated in the supporting frame 11, the leg frame 14 is capable of being foldably rotated around the supporting frame 11 on the other side of the reference plane for being accommodated in the supporting frame 11, and that the storage container 13 is capable of being pushed into the accommodation opening 111 to be arranged in the supporting frame 11 in a conceal manner. The board-carrying support device 10 is capable of being collapsed into a form that only has a size of a panel surface. Specifically, referring to FIG. 2, the board-carrying support device 10 is folded into the collapsed state. The board-carrying support device 10 is collapsed into a compact form that only has a size as big as the frame surface of the supporting frame 11, so that the board-carrying support device 10 only require a very small area for storage, so that it can be received and stored flexibly. Besides, a user can conveniently carry and transport the board-carrying support device 10.

Further, in order to facilitate the user to carry and transport the board-carrying support device 10, the board-carrying support device 10 comprises a handle 15, wherein the handle 15 is affixed to the outer side of the supporting frame 11, so as to facilitate the user to carry the board-carrying support device 10 through the handle 15, thereby improving the user’s convenience of the board-carrying support device 10, wherein the handle 15 may be implemented as a fixed handle, a handle groove or hole arranged on the supporting frame 10 and adapted to be held, a movable handle, and etc.

Preferably, according to this embodiment of the present invention, the handle 15 is made of elastic material so as to be wholly approached to the supporting frame 11 based on its own resilience, thereby reducing the degree of protrusion of the handle 15 on the outer side of the supporting frame 11, which helps to maintaining the aesthetics of the board-carrying support device 10. It is worth mentioning that in some embodiments of the present invention, the handle 15 is implemented as a movable handle, wherein the movable handle comprises a handle body and a hinge member, wherein the hinge member is affixed on the outer side of the supporting frame 11, and the handle body is movably arranged on the hinge member, so as to specifically allow the handle body to rotate relative to the supporting frame 11, so that one may turn the handle body to be perpendicular to the supporting frame 11 when the movable handle has to be used and turn the handle body toward the supporting frame 11 to make it mostly be parallel to the supporting frame 11 when the use of the movable handle is not demanded, so that the degree of protruding of the movable handle from the supporting frame 11 can be reduced in a non-use state, which ensures the aesthetics of the board-carrying support device 10.

In order for further understanding the present invention, the present invention also provides a manufacturing method of board-carrying support device 10, wherein the manufacturing method of board-carrying support device 10 comprises the steps of:

  • (a) forming a supporting frame 11 through affixing at least two frame bars on a plane;
  • (b) arranging a pivot 123 in a form of a shaft hole or a shaft arm on a bearing board 12; and
  • (c) pivotally mounting the bearing board 12 to the inner side of the supporting frame 11 by means of a pivot 123 thereof, so that the bearing board 12 is pivotable to the side of the plane where the supporting frame 11 is located.

One skilled in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and described above is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting. It will thus be seen that the objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The embodiments have been shown and described for the purposes of illustrating the functional and structural principles of the present invention and is subject to change without departure from such principles. Therefore, this invention includes all modifications encompassed within the spirit and scope of the following claims.

Claims

1. A board-carrying support device, comprising:

a supporting frame comprising a bottom panel, wherein a horizontal plane where the supporting frame is located is defined as a reference plane;
a bearing board having a front side forming a bearing surface and a back side facing said reference plane, wherein said bearing board is provided with at least a pivot and affixed on an said supporting frame through said pivot in a pivotable manner with respect to a side of the reference plane, wherein said bearing board is pivotably movable between a collapsed state and an inclined state, wherein in said inclined state, said bearing surface of said bearing board is adjustably maintained at an inclination angle that an included angle between said back side of said bearing board and said reference plane is less than 90 degrees;
a fixed angle platform protruded on the bottom panel; and
a spacing frame, a first end of said spacing frame is rotatably connected with said back side, and a second end of said spacing frame is abutted against said fixed angle platform, so that said included angle between said back side of said bearing board and said reference plane is fixed.

3. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein said pivot of said bearing board is located at one side of said bearing board.

4. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein said bearing board further comprises a flannelette covered on said bearing surface thereof.

5. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, further comprising at least one storage container arranged to be received in said supporting frame so as to provide a storage space.

6. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 5, wherein said supporting frame has at least one accommodation opening having a size corresponding to a size of said storage container, wherein said storage container is detachably accommodated in said support frame through said accommodating opening.

7. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 6, wherein said storage container has a bottom, an enclosure, and a panel, wherein said enclosure and said panel are extended from said bottom in a direction away from said bottom so as to form a storage space on said bottom.

8. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 7, further comprising a mutually buckling retaining mechanism provided with said panel and said supporting frame.

9. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 3, wherein the bottom panel is affixed on said supporting frame in a manner of said reference plane parallel to a panel surface thereof.

12. The board-carrying support device, as recited inclaim 1, wherein said board-carrying support device comprises a leg frame, wherein said leg frame is rotatably connected with said supporting frame, a rotation axis of said leg frame is perpendicular to a rotation axis of said bearing board.

13. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 12, wherein said leg frame has a maximum expanded angle greater than or equal to 90° and less than or equal to 180°.

The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein said pivot comprises one or more shaft arms extended from one or more sides of said bearing board respectively, and that one or more mounting holes are provided in said supporting frame with respect to said shaft arms, such that said bearing board is pivotally mounted to said supporting frame by pivotally inserting said one or more shaft arms into said one or more mounting holes respectively.

The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein said pivot comprises one or more shaft holes formed in one or more sides of said bearing board respectively, and that one or more mounting shafts are extended from one or more side of said supporting frame with respect to said shaft holes, such that said bearing board is pivotally mounted to said supporting frame by pivotally inserting said one or more mounting shafts into said one or more shaft holes respectively.

19. A manufacturing method of board-carrying support device, comprising steps of:

forming a supporting frame through affixing at least two frame bars on a plane, the supporting frame comprising a bottom panel;
arranging at least two fixed angle platforms on the bottom panel, the at least two fixed angle platforms are spaced apart from each other;
arranging a pivot in a form of a shaft hole or a shaft arm on a bearing board;
rotatably connecting a first end of a spacing frame with a back side of said bearing board; and
pivotally mounting said bearing board to an inner side of said supporting frame by means of said pivot such that said bearing board is pivotable to a side of a reference plane where said supporting frame is located, such that said bearing board is pivotably movable between a collapsed state and an inclined state, wherein in said collapsed state, the bearing board is maintained parallel to said reference plane, wherein in said inclined state, said bearing board is maintained in an inclination angle that an included angle between said back side of said bearing board and said reference plane is less than 90 degrees, and a second end of said spacing frame is abutted against at least one of said at least two fixed angle platforms, so that side included angle between said back side of said bearing board and said reference plane is fixed.

21. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein

the fixed angle platform is block-shaped, and spaced from edges of the bottom panel; or
the board-carrying support device comprises two fixed angle platforms, and the two fixed angle platforms are spaced apart from each other; or
a surface of the fixed angle platform where the spacing frame abuts against is flat.

22. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein the fixed angle platform is arranged at a middle portion of the bottom panel viewed from a first direction, and arranged at a side of the bottom panel away from a connecting portion of the supporting frame and the bearing board viewed from a second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, and the second direction is parallel with an extending direction of a rotation axis of the bearing board.

23. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein

the board-carrying support device comprises four storage containers, each of two opposite sidewall of the supporting frame defines two openings, each of the four storage containers is movably received through each of the openings, a move direction of each of the four storage containers is parallel to an extending direction of a rotation axis of the bearing board.

24. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 23, wherein said board-carrying support device comprises a handle affixed to a sidewall of said supporting frame which is adjacent to the sidewall defining the openings.

25. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein the board-carrying support device comprises a storage container, and the bottom panel covers the storage container.

26. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein the board-carrying support device comprises a storage container, a side of the storage container is provided with a protruding rib, the supporting frame has an accommodation opening, a wall of the accommodation opening defines a receiving groove, the protruding rid is slidably received in the receiving groove when the storage container is received in the accommodation opening.

27. The board-carrying support device, as recited in claim 1, wherein

a length of a surface of the fixed angle platform where the spacing frame abuts against is shorter than that of the spacing frame; or
a middle portion of an end of the spacing frame abuts against the fixed angle platform.
