FIG. 1 is a right upper perspective view of a vehicle front grille plate, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The dash-dash even broken lines immediately adjacent to the solid lines in the drawings illustrate the boundary of the claimed design, while the remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the vehicle front grille plate that form no part of the claimed design.
