Description

FIG. 1 illustrates a front view of a display screen or a portion thereof having a graphical user interface with a transitional icon showing a first image in a sequence according to our new design.

FIG. 2 illustrates a front view of a display screen or a portion thereof with a transitional icon showing a second image in the sequence.

FIG. 3 illustrates a front view of a display screen or a portion thereof with a transitional icon showing a third image in the sequence.

FIG. 4 illustrates a front view of a display screen or a portion thereof with a transitional icon showing a fourth image in the sequence.

FIG. 5 illustrates a front view of a display screen or a portion thereof with a transitional icon showing a fifth image in the sequence.

FIG. 6 illustrates a front view of a display screen or a portion thereof with a transitional icon showing a sixth image in the sequence.

FIG. 7 illustrates a front view of a display screen or a portion thereof with a transitional icon showing a seventh image in the sequence; and,

FIG. 8 illustrates a front view of a display screen or a portion thereof with a transitional icon showing an eighth image in the sequence.

The broken line rectangle illustrated in FIGS. 1-8 illustrates the perimeter of the display screen or portion thereof. The broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the transitional icon transitions sequentially between the images illustrated in FIGS. 1-8. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with a transitional icon, as shown and described.
