The broken lines depict portions of the charging base with dust collector in which the design is embodied that form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines encircling portions of the charging base with dust collector in FIG. 1 and illustrated in an enlarged view in FIG. 9 form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a charging base with dust collector set, as shown and described.
