Description

FIG. 1 is a top, right, front perspective view of a frame member with backer of the new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the invention illustrated in FIG. 1, a rear view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left elevation view of the invention illustrated in FIG. 1, a right elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the invention illustrated in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the invention illustrated in FIG. 1.

The frame member with backer is shown with symbolic breaks in its height, length, and width. The appearance of any portion of the article between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a frame member with backer, as shown and described.
