Acceleration sensor; figure 1.1 shows a perspective view from above; figure 1.2 shows a perspective view from below; figure 1.3 shows a view from above; figure 1.4 shows a frontal view; figure 1.5 shows a view from below; figure 1.6 shows a rear view; The symbolic break in each of figures 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and 1.5 indicates the boundary of the claimed design.
