Description

FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a first embodiment of the food product tray of our new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view of the food product tray of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the food product tray of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view of the food product tray of FIG. 1, the right side elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front end elevation view of the food product tray of FIG. 1, the rear end elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the food product tray of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view of a second embodiment of the food product tray of our new design, where bracketed portions shown horizontal and vertical breaks in the sidewalls, top surfaces and bottom surfaces to represent an indeterminate length, width and height, and where any one or more of the indeterminate length, width and height could be eliminated in other embodiments and so resemble, in that dimension, the version where the one or more length, width and height is not indeterminate;

FIG. 8 is a bottom perspective view of the food product tray of FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of the food product tray of FIG. 7;

FIG. 10 is a left side elevation view of the food product tray of FIG. 7, the right side elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 11 is a front end elevation view of the food product tray of FIG. 7, the rear end elevation view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of the food product tray of FIG. 7.

The drawings are marked for transparency and lined for color using the symbols in the tables of MPEP 608.02.IX for “Transparent Material” and the color “Blue”, such that the food product tray is at least a partially transparent material having a blue color.

The parallel ribs on the base of the food product tray in the drawings are illustrated in broken lines for illustrative purposes and form no part of the claimed design. It will be understood that all lines, including broken and solid lines, are intended to convey the full disclosure and variations of the designs and such variations shall be understood to be fully described herein.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a food product tray, as shown and described.
