FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of portion of FIG. 2 thereof.

The evenly broken lines disclose unclaimed portions of the electric scooter; the dash-dot type broken lines disclose unclaimed boundaries of the isolated views; the broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
