Description

FIG. 1 is a bottom plan view of a combined sole and heel for footwear showing my new design, the top is flat, plain and unornamented;

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view thereof as taken from line 2--2 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the sole with the heel removed;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the heel.
