FIG. 1 is a top plan view of an ice skate sharpener and lace tightening device embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view thereof with the lace tightening bar in an alternate position from that shown in the other figures.
