FIG. 1 is a top view of an adjustable blade knife showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view;

FIG. 4 is a front view;

FIG. 5 is a rear view;

FIG. 6 is a back side view; and

FIG. 7 is a side view showing the knife adjusted to a position of non-use relative to the knife handle.
