FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the mold block for its embodiment;

FIG. 4 is a view similar to FIGS. 1 and 2, but showing the parts therein assembled;

FIG. 5 is a view of the structure shown in FIG. 4 but inverted and from the opposite side thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a view similar to FIG. 4, but with the structure inverted.
