FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a base member showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, the other three sides being a mirror image of the side shown, and the fragmentary broken line showing the contour of the top surface for purposes of illustration only;

FIG. 3 is a plan view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is another plan view thereof the fragmentary broken line illustrating the portion broken away in FIG. 2.
