FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The characteristic feature of my design resides _in the intersecting, dual planar, twisted tip configuration _ of each blade member of the surgical instrument, as shown in the drawings.
