FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pencil sharpener showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a reduced scale left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an inverted rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The characteristic feature of the design resides in the longitudinal grooves on the two opposite and identical sides.
