FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a tie strap embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of FIG. 1 with the lower portion broken away to show the shape of the locking ribs;

FIG. 3 is a front view looking from the left of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a rear view looking from the right of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.

The tie strap is broken away in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 for convenience of illustration.
