FIG. 1 is an oblique, top perspective view of a water rescue wheel showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The rope shown in FIG. 3 is of indeterminate length and FIGS. 1 and 2 eliminate for ease of illustration detail of the rope shown in FIG. 3.
