FIG. 1 is an elevational view of a combined bottle and cup showing my new design, the opposite being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view; and;

FIG. 4 is a top perspective view with the cup removed.
