FIG. 3, a side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5, a view of the end opposite that shown in FIG. 4; and

FIG. 6, a bottom view thereof.

The side opposite that shown in FIG. 3 is substantially the same as that of FIG. 3 and is therefore not shown separately.
