FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a front perspective view thereof shown on an enlarged scale;
FIG. 5 is another front perspective view thereof showing the top in a raised condition; and
FIG. 6 is a rear perspective view thereof.
