FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The surface texture represented in FIGS. 3 and 4 in fragment represents the overall texture of the device in the indicated areas.
