FIG. 9 is an elevational view of the outer surface of the forward element of FIG. 1;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 12 is an elevational view of the side opposite that shown in FIG. 9;

FIG. 13 is an end elevational view taken from the left of FIG. 9;

FIG. 14 is an end elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 9;

FIG. 15 is a perspective view similar to FIG. 1, but with the element to the rear of FIG. 1 rotated counterclockwise into view;

FIG. 16 is a perspective view of the opposite sides of the element of FIG. 15, further rotated apart.
