FIG. 10 is a side elevational view thereof, opposite to that illustrated in FIG. 9;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view thereof, showing the closure flap closed from left to right; and

FIG. 12 is a front elevational view thereof, showing the closure flap closed right to left.

The pattern shown in FIGS. 2 and 8 represents quilted insulation material.
