FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a telephone index showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the telephone index in the open position, it being understood that the partial showing of the horizontal and vertical lines on a typical index card is continuous in the manner shown;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 1;
FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and
FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.
