FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a portable seat for use in transporting an individual as seen from the top thereof showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof, the opposite side being identical thereto;

FIG. 4 is an end thereof, the opposite end being identical thereto; and

FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 3.
