FIG. 2 is an enlarged end view thereof as seen from the left in FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is an end view thereof opposite that shown in FIG. 2;
FIG. 4 is a side elevation view with a portion thereof broken away, the opposite side being identical thereto;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof as seen from below in FIG. 4; and
FIG. 6 is a top view thereof as seen from above in FIG. 1.
