FIG. 14 is a left-side elevational view similar to FIG. 10 with the socket rotated downwardly;

FIG. 15 is a front elevational view similar to FIG. 11 with the socket rotated downwardly; and

FIG. 16 is a bottom plan view similar to FIG. 12 with the socket rotated downwardly.
