FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a packaging container for a pharmaceutical vial showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view, the views from the left, right and opposite sides being the same in appearance;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view, the bottom plan view being the same in appearance, and

FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view thereof.
