FIG. 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of a portion of the apparatus, the opposite portion being omitted for ease of illustration;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof.

The two halves constituting the assembled device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, one of which is shown in FIGS. 3-6, are identical to each other.
