FIG. 2 is a partial left side, top with the keyboard moved to a second position, and a partial front perspective view of the stand, and top perspective view of the underside of the handset spaced apart from the stand for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 3 is a front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof;

The coiled cord is omitted from sundry views for ease of illustration.
