FIG. 4 is a right end elevational view thereof, in an assembled position;

FIG. 5 is a top, front perspective view thereof, in an assembled position;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof, in an assembled position; and

FIG. 7 is a left side elevational view thereof, in an assembled position.
