FIG. 7 is a cross sectional view taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 8 is a cross sectional view taken along line 8--8 of FIG. 2.

The broken line representation of fitting and overflow holes in FIGS. 1, 2, 5 and 7 are for purposes of illustration only.
