FIG. 3 is a fragmentary rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a fragmentary front elevational thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The support is broken away in FIG. 1 and fragmentarily shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 for convenience of illustration.
