FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a convertible tote bag and blanket showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being the same;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being the same;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an interior plan view of the blanket in extended position; and,

FIG. 7 is an exterior plan view of the blanket in extended position.
