FIG. 4 is a reduced right end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a reduced top plan view thereof, the bottom being identical;

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the design of FIG. 1, the cable being shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only;

FIG. 7 is a reduced side elevational view of FIG. 6, the side opposite being a mirror image;

FIG. 8 is a reduced left end elevational view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is a reduced right end elevational view of FIG. 6; and

FIG. 10 is a reduced top plan view of FIG. 6, the bottom being identical.
