FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view of thereof in implement holding position;

FIGS. 3 and 4 are respectively front and rear elevational views thereof in at-rest position;

FIGS. 5 and 6 are respectively top and bottom plan views in at-rest position;

FIGS. 7 and 8 are respectively right and left side elevational views in at-rest position.

The broken line showing of a cylindrical broom handle or the like in FIGS. 1 and 2 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
