FIG. 2 is an elevational view as seen from the top of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being the same;

FIG. 4 is an elevational view as seen from the bottom of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 5 is a plan view opposite that shown in FIG. 1.
