FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof in folded condition;

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view of FIG. 7, the opposite side view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 10 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 7; and

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view of FIG. 7.
