FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a combined top and bottom rail for staircase balustrade illustrating my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a sectional view thereof taken along line 3--3 of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of connecting balustrade in FIGS. 2 and 3 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The combined top and bottom rail for a staircase balustrade is fragmentarily shown to indicate indeterminate length and it being understood that the balustrade repeats as indicated.
