FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a tie-down device for truck beds, the side opposite being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view taken opposite from the end shown in FIG. 2; and

FIGS. 4 and 5 are respectively top and bottom plan views thereof.
