FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a combined lid and tray blank showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top edge view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side edge view thereof;

The left side edge view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom edge view thereof.

The solid lines represent -- cutlines and the dashed lines represent -- fold lines. The thickness of the blank is that of a conventional paperboard.
