FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation thereof; with cover in closed position; the right side elevation being a mirror image thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation thereof; with cover in closed position.

The bottom is plain and unornamented.
