FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the holder portion thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the holder portion thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the holder portion thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of the resilient member portion thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the resilient member portion thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view of the resilient member portion thereof.

FIGS. 2-7 are shown with portions removed for clarity of illustration.
