FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle monitoring display panel showing the bottom, front and right side of my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevation view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

The rear of the monitoring display panel is flat and unornamented.
