FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined outdoor floodlight and photo electric control therefor showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view taken from the front, side, and bottom of the combined outdoor floodlight and photoelectric control therefor.
