FIG. 5 is a top perspective view of an all-weather covering for cable television equipment showing a second embodiment of my new design.

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the design shown in FIG. 5, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image.

FIG. 7 is an end elevational view of the design shown in FIG. 5, the opposite end elevational view being a mirror image.

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of the design shown in FIG. 5.
