FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the base of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a front, top and right side perspective view of the base in FIG. 1 with its bottom elements in an alternate position;

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view of the base shown as FIG. 8; and

FIG. 10 is a bottom perspective view of the base of FIG. 9.
