FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof in closed configuration;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof in open configuration;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof in closed configuration;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof in closed configuration, the opposite side being identical;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof in closed configuration;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof in closed configuration;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof in closed configuration; and

FIG. 9 is a perspective view thereof, in closed configuration, with the insertional portion in tilted position.
