FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof in a closed position, the left side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 6 is a second embodiment of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view thereof in an open position;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view thereof in a closed position, with the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of a third embodiment of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 10 is a top perspective view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view of the second embodiment in a closed position;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of the third embodiment in a closed position; and

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view of the first embodiment in a closed position.
