FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a magnetic vice grip adapter pad showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view the rear view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of a magnetic vice grip adaptor pad showing, my new design of the FIGS. 1-4;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view the right side view being a mirror image;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view; and

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof;

The sides opposite to the sides shown in FIGS. 2 and 6 are identical therewith. The ends opposite to the ends shown in FIGS. 3 and 7 are identical therewith.
